A few simple  tips to feel happier on those not-so-pleasant days of the month…

-Avoid sad movies (specially Dancer in the Dark or Selena)

-Eat a lot of chocolate.

-Drink hot Tea.

- Don’t squeeze your hormonal  breakouts! try a homemade mask instead.

-Read a novel.

-Do not stalk your ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend facebook!!!

-Try a new hair style.

-Organize your shoes by colors and styles (or not)

-Take long walks with your best friends.
